Everyone has a story, a traumatic event in their life that has shaped the way they see themselves, others and the world. Beneath our varied stories we are all the same. Deep down we all want to be loved, it's that simple. Many of us have long been on a search for something more. Whether we are aware of it or not love is ultimately what we are searching for.
My name is Cheryl. I have been where you are, living my life, doing the "right" things and still not feeling valued or enough. Jobs, relationships and money had not fulfilled me. I felt something was missing and it took the loss of my mother for me to finally address this.
I invite you to join me on a sacred journey of self-discovery and freedom. Shift your relationship with yourself, find what you have been searching for and working so hard to attain. My journey into energy healing began as a personal quest for relief. Struggling with anxiety, migraines, panic attacks and depression following the loss of my mother, I sought solace in Energy Healing treatments with a dedicated practitioner. Session by session, as the gentle yet powerful energy flowed through me, I experienced a transformation beyond what I thought possible. Within just a few months my symptoms faded, revealing a newfound clarity, lightness and love. I had been searching for this love in all the wrong places, not realizing I needed to look within.
I then decided to address the trauma I experienced as a child. I continued receiving energy healing treatments and started speaking with a therapist. This combination supported such deep healing as therapy addressed the conscious mind and energy work, the subconscious. I opened up to deeper acceptance and the freedom to be who I was always meant to be.
Trauma is not what happened to you, it is what happened inside of you - the feelings formed about yourself and your identity. Ultimately trauma is feeling disconnected from our true authentic self. We cannot change what happened in the past, but we CAN change how we view ourselves. It is not necessary to re-live or recount details of what happened in order to heal and experience true freedom in your life.
This awakening ignited a deeper calling–one that felt like destiny. Inspired by my own healing, I immersed myself in the study of Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy and other energy modalities, refining my intuitive gifts to guide others toward their own renewal.
Now I offer a more complete, unique and deeply nurturing healing experience I call SACRED ALIGNMENT, blending my training with wisdom gained through my own personal journey. I intuitively assist my clients in connecting with their innate healing ability, restoring harmony to the body, emotions, mind and spirit. With a heart full of compassion and an unwavering commitment to my own well-being and spiritual growth I emanate a calming presence, creating a sanctuary where healing and transformation naturally unfold.
Each session becomes more than a treatment; it is a sacred space for renewal, empowerment and profound inner peace.
